Why is FireSafe Online better?
As well as all the features you would expect from an advanced Online Backup system FireSafe Online is extraordinarily easy to set up and use.

Usually you need to know a lot about the inner workings, under the bonnet, of your system to set up and run a successful backup. FireSafe Online removes this hurdle - which has proved insurmountable for many people and small companies - by allowing you to specify just which packages you use (e.g. Sage, Microsoft Office etc) rather than the 'under the bonnet' file detail.
What do I do if a software package I use is not listed?
Enter the name of the package (and version number if you know it) into the 'Other Requirements' box on the registration page - or email them to us. We will research the details of any packages you require and confirm once we have added them to our supported list and to your backup. This will normally be within one week.
Can I also specify a particular location or directory (folder)?
Yes, if you wish. Use the 'Other Requirements' box. Specify the full name of the folder - for example "C:\FolderName\TargetFolder\"
How do I get support?
Click on the 'Support Request' link on the Contact page, or
How will I know if my files have been backed up?
When your backup is completed FireSafeOnline will confirm this on screen. Additionally you may also use the FireSafeOnline console to look into your backup store and see what files have been secured there.
Where is the data saved/hosted?
Our Server facilities:

  • Are supported by fully redundant power supplies and air conditioning.
