Once your first backup has completed we will know your precise requirement.
If this is more than 2Gb (£9.99 + VAT per month) we will contact you and let you know the monthly cost before you incur any additional charges. In the unlikely event that you decide not to proceed to month two because the cost is higher than you anticipated, your initial fee will be refunded in full on request. No quibbles.
